Bring the picnic rug and grab a spot on the lawn where you can enjoy all the pleasures of the Baw Baw Country Cup. There will be Gourmet Food & Wine vendors all around the course for you to sample what the Baw Baw region has to offer. There's a fashions on the field competition, live music, free kids activities and great racing action. Just like any Cup day there are hospitality packages to suite everybody and being valentines day there are special lovers packages too. This is sure to be a day for you to indulge all your sense at once. Sample a delicious selection of produce and match it with fabulous local wines, all showcased on course. Add to this excitement of local races, Free kids activities, live music, and all racing action on the big screen. Take a picnic and grab a spot on the main lawn or utilise one of our many hospitality packages.

Cost: $220.00 per packageShade Marquee
An individual shade marquee is a fantastic way to enjoy a great day out at the races. With a number of different positions on the main lawn to choose from your marquee will always be close to the action keeping the whole family happy
This package includes :
> Marquee (3mx3m) > Table and 10 chairs
Take your party to a new level and give your friends, family or colleagues a taste of the racing action in a Mini Marquee. Bring your own food or choose full catering with fine wine and local produce.
*Additional sizes are available e.g. 6x3 and 9x3
These packages can be tailored to include food and/or drink packages at an additional cost, all arranged by the club so you don’t have to worry. Or you can choose to cater and decorate your marquee yourself however please contact the club to discuss these options further.
Why not add some excitment to your day and enter the Fashions on the Field Competition where you can win great prizes including a glamour photo sitting, ipod, dinner vouchers, beauty products, hospitality packages at the races just to name a few. Your photo will be used on promotional material for the club and you will have bosting rights as Best Dressed on the day.
The Fashions on the Field Competition will commence from 2pm on the main stage with host Rog Gaylard.
All people wishing to enter need to make their way to the main stage located in fornt of the grandstand on the home straight to obtain a registation number between 1:30pm and 2pm.
Depending on the number of entrants there will be 1 round of heats and 10 finalist selected to compete on the main stage at 3pm.
