• No footballs, balloons or balls of any nature are permitted on this racecourse.
• Children 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• No alcohol is to be brought onto the course.
• No metal, sharp or glass objects will be allowed on course.
• Any product brought onto the course must not contain any commercially labelled objects. No product brought onto the course is to be taken into the proximity of any food outlet, dining areas or function area.
• Moe Racing Club reserves the right to confiscate any non-conforming items and to check goods at the gate and on course.
• Patrons may be photographed, filmed or recorded at the racecourse and each patron acknowledges and agrees that Moe Racing Club may use any such image, film or recording in its sole discretion and without the need to account to or obtain any further consent from the patron.
• Patrons are not permitted to take, record, sell, publish, disseminate or reproduce in any form, for commercial purposes, any still or moving image or any sound recording of any event at the racecourse

Under 18s policy

Supervision:

As Moe Racecourse  is a licensed venue, under 18s are only permitted entry to the course if the minor is in the company of a responsible adult exercising parental supervision.  Under 18s must remain in the company of this person at all times and must not purchase or consume alcohol.

As a general rule the person accompanying the child should be at least old enough to be the child's parent, i.e. 16 year age difference.  The following examples do not comply: 19 year old male accompanying 17 year old girlfriend or 28 year old sister accompanying 17 year old brother.

General:

• Minors will not be served alcohol
• Individuals procuring drinks for minors will be removed from the premises
• All patrons are required to provide acceptable evidence of age where there is any doubt they are under 18 years of age
• So that patrons are not continually asked for ID, security staff carry "Age verified"  wristbands that can be secured to the wrist of the patron

Restricted areas:

Under 18s are not permitted under any circumstances to enter the following areas

• Gaming Room

Under 18s are permitted to enter the following areas only if accompanied with a parent or guardian :
Committee Room

• Members Area
• Trackside Terrace
• TAB/Sports Bar
• Marquees
